Change is Good

One of my favorite authors, Dr. Myles Monroe, wrote the following regarding change in his book, The Principles and Benefits of Change,

“Our lives are in a constant state of transition. Life is always moving forward; nothing ever remains the same. To a greater or lesser degree, we are continually being transported–whether suddenly or gradually–into the new, the different, the unexpected, or the untried.  Yet, most people don’t manage change effectively and positively.”

Consider that you cannot have growth without the process of change.  

Aren’t you ready for something new, something different, the next-level? To be an effective leader, it’s imperative that you ready your mind for moving from a comfortable place to embrace the challenges and benefits of the new.
